Alleviating Poverty Through Microlending
We are incredibly grateful to the wonderful clients who have supported us and brought joy into our lives through the years. For every invoice/order we process in 2010 (no matter how small) we will loan at least $25 to one entrepreneur in need in the developing world. What We Transcribe
If you can say it, we can transcribe it. We can transcribe interviews, focus groups, lectures, speeches, workshops, teleclasses, meetings, oral histories, grant projects -- you name it! We especially like working with universities and on projects that contribute to a better world. We love recording the stories of real people. Okay, we can transcribe just about whatever you send our way. We're geeks and actually enjoy the typing. You can request a short sample transcription with commentary if you'd like to get a better idea of how we work (and we highly recommend doing this if you have a longer project as many clients find it very helpful).
Quality Guarantee
We believe that a transcript should be a finished document of highest professional quality. You wouldn't expect to find grammatical errors or typos in a published book, and you shouldn't expect such things in a transcript, either. (Some transcription companies, believe it or not, deliver transcripts that confuse your and you're!) We offer a quality guarantee: if the quality of your transcript is not to your satisfaction, and we are unable to make the necessary changes, you will be refunded 100%.
